    Meatsaver paper van Brada Verpakkingen

Meatsaver paper (also called butcher paper) is a must have for the butchers. It is made in a factory in the United States. There, butcher paper is also known as steak paper. It is ideal to use as an intermediate separation of the meat or layout of your counter.

With meatsaver paper you ensure that sliced meat is affected as little as possible by the environment. Because you put meat on meatsaver paper, the meat retains its color and moisture content. The meatsaver paper captures blood and other liquids from the meat and absorbs them. This keeps the meat looking better for a longer period of time. For example, there are no liquids of the meat in the counter. The weight of the meat remains virtually the same, because the liquids that leave the meat are absorbed by the meatsaver paper. Due to the absorption of the liquids, the weight of the meat does not decrease.

Paper of lower quality would tear quickly if you would remove the paper from the meat, this is of course not desirable. Because meatsaver paper is firmer, you do not suffer from this problem.

Meatsaver paper thus saves time, reduces waste, extends the shelf life of meat and retains customers.

When do you use meatsaver paper?

The concept of Meatsaver paper has been used for decades by both butcher and other meat processors. Especially with butchers, the presentation of your meat is a big point. The first thing a customer sees is the appearance of the meat. Of course, you want as soon as a customer sees your meat in the display case, the water is in his mouth. Without the use of tools, the shelf life of meat is not too long. Then we haven't even talked about the color loss that occurs. Because Meatsaver paper keeps the necessary juices in the meat and absorbs the other juices, the meat retains its color and appearance. That is very important for the presentation, but that is only the first step. Because the juices remain in the meat, the meat also retains its taste and quality. That ensures that your customer comes back. It's also useful for your productivity. Because it extends the shelf life of your meat, you can pre-cut your meat and focus on other important things at the busy times of the day.
